We're pleased to announce that SITA will be running a short course on the principles and application of Technical Cleanliness during April. Participation is completely free of charge, with a certificate of completion being provided at conclusion!
The course will consist of three modules that will run as follows:
Module 1 - Quality Assurance and Process Control of Parts Cleaning Processes

Comprehension of industrial cleaning processes and solutions for a stable parts cleanliness. This is an introduction to some of the elements that will be elaborated upon in the following two sessions. (30 min)
Module 2 - Cleaning Media Monitoring
April 27 2021, 11:00 AM EST
Information about cleaning chemistry and bath contamination as well as measuring methods for suitable cleaner dosage and bath maintenance. Demonstration SITA DynoTester+ and SITA ConSpector. (60 min)
Module 3 - Parts Inspection
April 29 2021, 11:00 AM EST
Overview of measuring and testing methods for a process oriented cleanliness inspection, information about setting limit values and application examples. Demonstration SITA CleanoSpector and SITA SurfaSpector (60 min)
The modules are composed of a lecture followed by a Q&A section.
